3M 2307 General Purpose Masking Tape is a 3-inch wide, 60-yard roll built with a crepe paper backing and rubber-based adhesive at 5.2 mil total thickness. The crepe construction provides controlled conformability and consistent tension, resisting lifting and edge curl throughout the masking process.
The tape withstands temperatures up to 200°F for up to one hour, making it well suited for spray and bake painting operations, surface masking during powder-coat finishing, and bundling or holding tasks in manufacturing and fabrication environments. The adhesive releases cleanly from powder-coated and stainless steel surfaces, leaving the substrate ready for the next production step.
