These 48 x 96 x 1/2 inch honeycomb sheets are built from compressed kraft paper formed into a structural honeycomb cell matrix, delivering a high strength-to-weight ratio at just 3.12 lbs per sheet. The rigid yet lightweight construction resists compression under stacked loads while adding minimal weight to palletized shipments.

The full-pallet footprint makes these sheets a direct fit for standard pallet configurations, eliminating trimming in most warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution workflows. Typical applications include layer padding between stacked goods, pallet interleaving to prevent shifting in transit, and surface protection for finished goods, flat panels, or fragile materials.
