48 x 4 x 4" Long Corrugated Boxes

These 48 x 4 x 4 inch long corrugated boxes are built for products that standard square boxes cannot accommodate — the extended length-to-width ratio makes them a dedicated solution for items that exceed the dimensional envelope of conventional shipping cartons.

Common applications include fishing rods, curtain rods, fluorescent tubes, dowels, rolled canvas, hockey sticks, and similar elongated goods shipped through e-commerce fulfillment, sporting goods distribution, and light manufacturing. The long-side opening streamlines loading, reducing pack-station handling time when processing high volumes of uniform product.

Each box is constructed from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board and weighs approximately 0.66 lbs, keeping dimensional weight in check during parcel transit. Boxes ship flat and are sold in bundles of 25, allowing facilities to scale order quantities to actual consumption without overcommitting storage space.
