The 15 cubic foot ceiling-mount loose fill dispenser delivers controlled, on-demand packing fill at the pack station. A spring-loaded scissor valve releases measured amounts of loose fill with each compression, reducing overfill and improving packing consistency during high-volume fulfillment runs.
Designed specifically for low-ceiling environments, this dispenser requires no flexible tubing. It suspends from overhead structures using the included rope and two pulleys, allowing height adjustment to suit the workspace. Minimum ceiling height is calculated based on a 30-inch packing table with 24 inches of clearance between the tabletop and the scissor valve — making it practical for warehouses, shipping rooms, and distribution centers where headroom is limited.
The dispenser bag is constructed from decay-resistant poly woven material and is compatible with all standard loose fill types, including packing peanuts. The unit weighs 8.62 lbs and is sold as a single unit per order.
